Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Melia was a mix of highs and lows. The room was spacious and well-lit, offering a comfortable retreat. The housekeeping was exceptional, ensuring a clean and tidy space throughout my stay. Despite the occasional noise from the surrounding area, the room provided a peaceful respite. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxation. However, the pool was a bit too cold for my liking. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to various attractions and amenities. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the value for the price paid felt lacking in some areas. The breakfast spread was decent, but with limited fruit selection and slow replenishment. The overall service was good, yet not quite reaching the level expected of a luxury establishment. In conclusion, Melia offers a pleasant stay with some luxurious touches, but falls slightly short in terms of overall value for money.
